Mastering Presentation Skills is a public speaking and presentation skills programme that will help participants impress their audiences by making compelling, lively and interesting presentations that grab people’s attention and communicate powerful, memorable messages. The programme will equip participants with the necessary skills to plan and prepare, deliver with confidence, deal with challenging situations, and overcome the anxiety that so often torments presenters and sometimes hinders excellent performance.

Joe Dimech is a leading HR specialist with over 20 years’ experience in both local and international HR initiatives and projects. Joe garnered an extensive understanding of the profession throughout his involvement in international organisations across a number of industries. As Group Director Human Resources for an international hotel group with various other interests, together with his role as Head of Human Resources and Training for a leading international chain of English Language schools, he has built up a vast background to cover extensive HR challenges in any environment.
As a seasoned HR professional he has championed several value adding projects in the areas of training and development, performance management, organisational development, leadership and coaching, strategic HR direction, succession planning, resourcing, remuneration, employee relations, quality assurance, business start-ups and takeovers, business development as well as other areas of expertise. Joe has conceived a winning sales concept and thereupon designed a sales programme which has been tried and tested with optimum results. In delivering this programme he has enabled many organisations not only to reach their marketing objectives, but to enhance their business status with maximum return on investment. Joe Dimech has been instrumental in designing and delivering an array of management development programmes which led to the enhancement of leadership and managerial aptitudes of various individuals. Essential to appreciating the extent of the requirements involved in the above mentioned missions is the fact that the same projects concerned key senior management roles across different countries and within a diverse cultural background around the world. This coupled with his professional academic background make Joe an HR authority in his own right and a valued and demanded influence where far reaching HR issues are concerned.
Joe graduated from Oxford Brookes University in International Hotel and Catering Management in 1992 and is also a certified On Job Trainer, Group Trainer and Licensed Tutor in Training Practice and Assessment.
